Warminster, Pa. (6/23/16) – ATG Learning Academy (ATG) is pleased to announce that it has received an $8502.00 grant from the Catholic Human Services Foundation (CHSF) of Pittstown, NJ. These funds will support the Digital Learning Initiative with the goal of creating more interactive lesson plans for students with learning difficulties.
The Digital Learning Initiative, for which the funds have been provided, will help the teachers of ATG create more interactive lesson plans by procuring and utilizing Promethean interactive whiteboards in the classroom. The purchase and installation of four Promethean interactive whiteboards is expected to take about a month. Teachers at ATG will spend the summer months training and becoming acquainted with the new Promethean devices with the purpose of incorporating the whiteboards into their lesson plans for the 2016-2017 school year.
The completion of this project will help ATG maintain strides towards its mission to ensure that all students are educated to the highest level of their academic abilities in an instructional and interactive environment thereby empowering them to graduate with the tools necessary to become independent productive contributors in this increasingly complex world.
